Welcome to PPSK - Patidar Parivar Suraksha Kavach (“the App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  •  Yojana: The family protection initiative organized and managed by Shree Samast Patidar Samaj Trust.

  •  Sahaynidhi: The annual financial contribution made by members to sustain the Yojana.

  •  User: Any registered member of the App participating in the Yojana.

2. Eligibility

  •  Only verified members of Shree Samast Patidar Samaj Trust can participate in the Yojana.

  •  Accurate and truthful information must be provided during registration. False or misleading information may lead to disqualification.

3. Sahaynidhi Contributions

  •  Contributions are required annually by the due date specified in the App.

  •  Failure to contribute by the deadline may result in suspension of benefits under the Yojana.

  •  Contribution amounts are non-refundable.

4. Settlement of Benefits

  •  Settlement under the Yojana is conducted offline by the Trust.

•  Users or their nominees must provide necessary documentation and comply with the Trust’s guidelines for benefit claims.

5. App Usage

  •  The App is exclusively for managing Sahaynidhi contributions and accessing updates about the Yojana.

  •  Users are prohibited from engaging in any unlawful activity through the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including text, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of Shree Samast Patidar Samaj Trust and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Users may not reproduce or distribute content without prior authorization.

7. Data Security

We are committed to protecting your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. However:

  •  Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

  •  Shree Samast Patidar Samaj Trust shall not be liable for breaches caused by user negligence or third-party actions beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality. Shree Samast Patidar Samaj Trust is not liable for:

  •  App outages or technical issues.

  •  Unauthorized access to user data beyond our control.

  •  Indirect or consequential damages resulting from App usage.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or App notifications.

10. Governing Law
